New Mitsubishi Valve Springs and Titanium Retainers

Crower's new Misubishi/DSM valve springs and titanium retainers are available for the 4G63 Eclipse and Talon applications. The new single valve spring delivers 15% more pressure across the board than the factory part. Also, with a coil bind of 0.910", the Crower spring allows for more cam lift than factory springs will allow. Stock O.D., so no machine work is required to the cylinder head. Crower titanium retainers weigh in at 7 grams vs. stock steel at 14.5 grams. Pickup additional rpm's by reducing valve train weight. Fits Crower spring (#68190) or factory spring. Specify #87095 for the Crower titanium retainers. Spring pressures are listed below.

New Mitsubishi 420A (non-Turbo) Valve Springs and Titanium Retainers

Stock O.D., so no machine work is required to the cylinder head. Crower titanium retainers weigh in at 7 grams vs. stock steel at 14.5 grams. Pickup additional rpm's by reducing valve train weight. Specify #87097 for the Crower titanium retainers. Spring pressures are listed below.

Crower Adjustable Cam Sprockets

Crower's new cam sprockets for the Mitsubishi 4G63 4 cylinder applications are made from premium 6061-T6 billet aluminum and incorporate a four bolt ARP® fastening system to prevent the slippage found in other brands. For the ultimate tuner, Crower sprockets feature 5/16" diameter, 12 point ARPŽ fasteners with a hardened washer to prevent galling and stripping. The lightweight design reduces unwanted harmonics which could cause valve train failure. Specify #86054M (each sold seperately).

Note: These sprockets are designed for 1st generation 4G63 applications (1990-92) only and cannot be used in 2nd generation 4G63 applications.

Stainless Steel Valves for Mistubishi/DSM

Crower is pleased to introduce a new line of premium quality stainless steel valves for the Mistubishi/DSM engine platform. Made from the highest grade stainless steel available on the market, this new Crower valve is a must for high horsepower, high boost and high rpm applications. The exclusive "Pro Flo" head design delivers a significant increase in cylinder head flow figures, while the tip area is hardened to RC50, including past the critical keeper groove area for added strength. Fully CNC machined and swirl polished to insure that you will get the best performance valve available on the market. Choose from standard, .5mm and 1mm oversize. Titanium valves also available.
